WHISTLE-BLOWING POLICY

Gatekeepers (Singapore) is committed to the highest standard of ethical behaviour and sound corporate governance. To promote a culture of openness and accountability, the Board has put in place a whistle-blowing procedure to establish a confidential avenue for reporting by employees, members or external parties, without fear of any unfair treatment as a result of their report. The Board will thereafter investigate the matter thoroughly and take appropriate action as necessary.

External stakeholders may securely raise concerns of suspected misconduct by emailing our Risk & Audit Committee at audit@gatekeepers.sg
